DTG printing
our offer
The modern DTG (Direct To Garment) marking method allows any graphic to be reproduced on cotton or cotton fabric with elastane or viscose admixture.
This technique is characterised by precise colour reproduction, including tonal transitions. The durability of DTG printing depends on many factors, including the fabric on which the print is made, as well as the type of ink and the printer itself.
It is possible to mark not only white garments, but also clothes in other colours. In this case, it is necessary to use an additional white ink base coat.
Characteristics specific to DTG
- high print durability
- full colour printing possible on both white and coloured T-shirts.
- possibility of printing graphics with tonal transitions (e.g. photos, complex graphics)
- repeatability of prints
- large production runs possible
- our DTG inks are certified as environmentally friendly
- printing practically imperceptible to the touch
- Colours do not fade because the ink is absorbed into the fabric
Additional information
We mainly use the DTG method on cotton T-shirts, sweatshirts and cotton bags, although our orders also include marking polo shirts and baby bodysuits.
The material from which the clothing is made should be predominantly cotton.
